2. Full day-$500.00 (4-6 hours) Appointments 5-8 properties, additional

services upon request

E)Interior Redesign/ Home Staging

1. Interior Redesign-$400.00 (Using your existing furniture)

2. Full Staging-$600 and up (Using our inventory of furniture )

3. Fee consultation-$100.00 (one time charge)

F)Open House

1. Full day-$300.00 (Agent placement- 11AM-4PM)

2. Half day-$175.00 (Agent placement- 11AM-2PM)

G)Any 3 of the following services:-$450.00 (If choosing Talking House and Open House as one of your services, fee due up front) Additional options may be added for $50.00/option
